These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the TryLeadPull website, Chrome extension, APIs, and related services (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
TryLeadPull provides a Chrome extension and companion tools that help you extract publicly visible information from LinkedIn and Sales Navigator search results into CSV files for your own outbound and research workflows.
Eligibility & account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that happens through your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep that information up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Use the Service to send spam, harass individuals, or run any activity that violates the anti-spam or privacy laws of the jurisdictions you operate in (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Service except where expressly permitted by law.
- Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or security measures.
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data you export via TryLeadPull and for complying with LinkedIn’s and Sales Navigator’s terms of service.
Plans, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected).
- You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Unless required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Plan credits do not roll over unless explicitly noted.
- We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
Your content and data
Data you export or otherwise input into the Service (“Your Content”) remains yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content only to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, brand marks, and documentation, is owned by TryLeadPull and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of those rights to you.
Third-party services
The Service interacts with third-party platforms (like LinkedIn and Sales Navigator). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, terms, or actions.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TryLeadPull will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify TryLeadPull from and against any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TryLeadPull is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
